Stand for Marriage Equality

In a historic vote, New York became the most recent state to adopt marriage equality. It's a huge victory for all of us, but our work is not done.

The reality is that the Defense of Marriage Act prevents all legally married same-sex couples in the US from receiving over 1,000 federal rights and privileges that straight married couples enjoy. We must repeal this unjust law.
